Realme has confirmed the launch of its new mid-range smartphones in India, scheduled for August 29. The Realme 13 series is set to be officially revealed next week, focusing on two devices: Realme 13 and Realme 13 . This announcement follows the successful release of the Realme 13 pro series last month.

Technical Specifications

One notable difference between the Realme 13 series and the Realme 13 pro series is the chipset. The Realme 13 series will feature MediaTek Dimensity 7300 energy chipsets. In contrast, the Realme 13 pro series is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processors. Additionally, the Realme 13 series will come with slightly lower camera configurations and smaller batteries.

Camera Features

The Realme 13 series is expected to have a 50-megapixel main camera paired with a 2-megapixel macro camera, whereas the Realme 13 pro series features 50MP and 8MP cameras. Despite the difference in specifications, this is aimed to lower the price of the Realme 13 series. On the front, the Realme 13 series is rumored to include a 16-megapixel selfie camera, whereas the Realme 13 pro series comes with 32-megapixel front cameras.

Battery and Charging

The Realme 13 series will be equipped with 5,000 mAh batteries that support 67W wired charging speeds. On the other hand, the Realme 13 pro series has slightly larger 5,200 mAh batteries. While these differences are minor, they highlight the cost-effective approach of the Realme 13 series.

Conclusion

The upcoming launch of the Realme 13 series in India is eagerly anticipated. With confirmed features such as the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset and competitive camera setups, these new mid-range smartphones are set to attract considerable interest. Stay tuned for the official reveal on August 29.
