Introducing the Latest Mid-Range Marvels
Motorola is gearing up to unveil its latest mid-range phones, the Edge 60 and Edge 60 Pro. With their official launch expected in the coming weeks, early leaks have provided a glimpse into these stylish devices. Both models, while constructed from plastic, boast a vibrant array of colors that set them apart from their competitors in the same price category.
Camera Capabilities
One of the standout features of the Edge 60 series is the impressive camera system. Both models are expected to come equipped with a 50-megapixel main camera utilizing Sony’s Lytia 900 sensor. This upgrade from the previous Lytia 700c sensor is anticipated to enhance image quality significantly. While sharing similar camera configurations, the Edge 60 is rumored to sport a compact 12-24 mm focal length, compared to the Edge 60 Pro’s more versatile 12-73 mm option.
Distinct Designs and Variants
Design-wise, the differences between the Motorola Edge 60 and Edge 60 Pro are subtle yet noteworthy. The Edge 60 Pro features an additional button on the left side and presents a more curved screen. Color options are also varied, with the Edge 60 available in blue, rose/pink, and turquoise, whereas the Pro version will come in blue, green, and violet. Availability and pricing details remain elusive, but given Motorola’s history, we may not see these models in the U.S. market as their predecessors were not introduced there.
