New Mountain and Trails
Studio Megagon Industries has exciting news for fans of Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders. A free update scheduled for April 9 will introduce a stunning new mountain to the game, bringing the total to four. This new addition will feature four distinct trails, each offering challenging variations for players to explore. As the developers put it, “it’s the most beautiful mountain we’ve done yet,” and we can’t wait to experience these detailed slopes.
Expansive Roadmap Ahead
After playing Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders extensively last month, I hoped for ongoing expansions to enhance the game. Given the success of its predecessor, Lonely Mountains: Downhill, it’s no surprise that Megagon Industries has an impressive roadmap in place. Among the highlights is a much-anticipated in-game editor launching this winter, offering players the tools to create their own trails, just like the studio did.
Future Gameplay Enhancements
The spring update will include a new mode centered around performing tricks, addressing player feedback by incentivizing trick performance within the game. Additionally, a free ride mode will be introduced, allowing for more casual exploration. As we head toward summer, improvements and additions to multiplayer will enhance the community experience. Autumn will see yet another mountain addition, which may come at a price. Players can also expect new control modes, user interface enhancements, and a PS5 release as part of this remarkable expansion.
If you haven’t tried Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders yet, a demo is available on Steam, so you can gear up for the thrilling new content coming your way!
